Africa: The Art of a Continent
This exhibition includes works ranging from the tools and rock art of antiquity to artifacts produced well into the twentieth century. The museum presents the rich variety of art works in a geographical and historical context and offers descriptions of their cultural uses and symbolic meanings.

The British Museum
